On effects of the Organic Law of Automated treatment of data of personal aspects. ZOREX, S.A. informs the user of the inclusion of his/her data in an automated file which has been adequately included in the Data Protection Act. The user permits, the use of his/her personal data in order to provide a better service, of content in the automated file, with the purpose of performing research tasks, investigation and/or give a solution to the service demanded. ZOREX, S.A. as only owner of the file, it compromises to accomplish its responsibility of maintaining secure and saving the data containing personal information. As well it will adopt the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or non authorised access. The user can use the right of access, modification, rectification and of cancellation, sending a letter together with a photocopy of his/hers ID to the address: ZOREX, S.A., LORTAD reference, CL Arlabán nº 7 - 7º, oficina 71, 28014 - Madrid.
